Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Floofsy, we’re committed to making sure you and your pets love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We do not typically require customers to return items.

If you experience an issue with your order, we will first evaluate and aim to resolve it through a replacement or refund, without requiring the product to be shipped back.

Returns may only be requested in exceptional cases and must be approved by our support team.

 


1. Items Not Eligible for Refund

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Grooming and hygiene-related items
  • Bedding, mats, and fabric-based accessories
  • Litter and sanitation products
  • Health and wellness items
  • Feeding accessories (bowls, feeders, etc.)
  • Pet toys

Additionally:

  • Individual items from sets or bundled products cannot be returned separately

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged or defective item
  • The wrong product
  • An item that is missing or lost during delivery

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@floofsy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • After this window, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed

To request a cancellation, email us at support@floofsy.com as soon as possible.


4. Refund Process

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email support@floofsy.com with your order details along with the damage or defect image or video proof.
  2. Wait for confirmation

Once your video or image proof is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding approval status
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing timeline:

  • Review & approval: 2–5 business days
  • Refund credit: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet our conditions.

 


5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@floofsy.com

6. Floofsy initiated cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including cases involving:

  • Unusual or high-quantity purchases
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Pricing errors

Customers will be notified if such action is taken.
